Sean McClay has been in the real estate business for over 30 years and has earned a proven track record of completing projects on-time and on-budget. He obtained his real estate license in Colorado in 1995.
He honed his project management skills at a young age when he worked for one of the largest consulting companies in the Denver area. He consulted for Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T Broadband and Comcast, as well as venture capitalists such as Vulcan Ventures (a Paul Allen Company) with startup HSA, Inc.
Mr. McClay has managed business units with sales topping $100 million and budgets of over $30 million. During this time, he managed upwards of 22 rental properties, and started specializing in the rehabilitation (fix and flip) market.
Other highlights and accomplishments:
Since 1990, has participated in over $150 million in real estate transactions, including long term buy and holds, rehabs, and TIC properties.
Holds many certificates giving him unique qualification, including his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a General Contractors license in the Denver Area, allowing him to build any residential or commercial building up to four stories tall.
Currently has interests in multiple properties with a market value of over $110 million, including TIC apartment complexes and single family homes.
Mr. McClay currently resides in Colorado and has two adult children.
Joe Gould has an extensive background in the construction industry, traveling the country for large projects with a results driven attitude. His unique background is an asset for The Clear Creek Company and the customers he interacts with. His knowledge of the build process, from the initial customer call gives The Clear Creek Company Management a unique view of projects and how best to serve our customers.
Mr. Gould holds a Class B contractors license. With over 30+ years of experience in the residential and commercial space in both hands on and management experience. He is able to not only manage subs and employees, but has a unique ability to also teach the skills of each trade.
His attention to detail adds to The Clear Creek Company's ability to manage large projects without the fear of missing key details or integration points. Duties have included working with clients and design team relations involving coordination of developing client objectives. Mr. Gould has participated in Commercial and industrial construction projects as well as worked many conceptual and design built construction projects spanning throughout United States.
Mr. Gould resides in Colorado with his wife, and has 5 Children.
Jeff Legins serves as Corporate Project / Operations Manager for The Clear Creek Company and specializes in Project Management and Business Operations. He is a strong business development professional with demonstrated management experience in various industries, and brings exceptional skills in Large Project Management, Negotiation, Budgeting, Operations Management, Service-Level Agreements (SLA), and Asset Management. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
Mr. Legins became inspired to accept The Clear Creek Company's position of Corporate Project Manager after witnessing the company’s strong commitment to their customers. As someone who has personally experienced the impact of poor business practices, it is important to him to deliver quality products and services and to work for a company that values integrity over profit and honors its promises. Mr. Legins demonstrates high integrity while he builds trust with customers, vendors and colleagues. He is passionate about developing and implementing business processes and strategies at The Clear Creek Company that contribute to and further company success.
When he’s not going above and beyond for his customers and coworkers, you will find Mr. Legins either volunteering in his Church’s Multimedia Ministry or riding up mountain tops on his ATV with friends and family or just relaxing with a good movie. He stands by his resolve to treat others with dignity and respect which is a way of life for him.
Justin Alcorn is the lead of our Elevator Division. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Technology from Michigan Technological University, Mr. Alcorn has immeasurable knowledge on how to design, construct and complete the installation process for all things "outside the box." He has brought his innovative engineering skills and enjoys improving the process for our customers. With high quality satisfaction, Mr. Alcorn leads the way in commercial, residential and manufacturing expansion projects in an ever changing fast paced environment of elevator modernization and construction.
To continually educate himself on the latest technology, Mr. Alcorn has received certifications for ASME elevator code certification and NFPA, National Fire Protection Association.
Mr. Alcorn is newly engaged to his fiancee, Emily. They enjoy skiing, climbing and biking.
